Clear, pale yellow colour with wonderful Sauvignon aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit and guava. Medium-bodied, crisp and fresh with a fruity/floral finish and good balance of fruit and acidity. This wine pairs exceptionally well with goats milk cheeses.

This wine is made at Domaine de Marcé in the picturesque department of Loir et Cher! This charming vineyard, known as “La Sologne Viticole,” lies near the renowned Château de Cheverny. Their Sauvignon is highly acclaimed beyond the borders, capturing the essence of Touraine and Touraine Oisly. At an altitude of 131 meters, our vineyards enjoy gently sloping hillsides, a favourable climate, and a unique soil with fine sand over clay.
