Delivery Information
Thank you for your order! We usually deliver within 1-3 working days, from Tuesday to Friday. If you’re in Pinner or nearby, you can choose to pick up your order locally. Just email us at hello@mouseandgrape.com to arrange this. If you need your order on a specific date, please email us your request and we’ll try our best to accommodate it.
Would you like delivery on Saturday or Sunday?
Weekend delivery is available for £30 for a morning (AM) slot or £15 for an afternoon (PM) slot. Please email hello@mouseandgrape.com for this service.
We offer nationwide delivery across the UK, excluding Northern Ireland and Ireland
Hampers
If you’ve purchased one of our curated hampers, it will automatically arrive in a hamper box. If you would like it to arrive in a wicker basket, this can be purchased as an additional extra. Only customers who have built their own hamper need to add a hamper box or wicker basket to their order.
Vouchers
If you’re purchasing a voucher below the £60 free delivery threshold, please select ‘Local Pick-Up’ at checkout. We’ll email your voucher to you directly, no need to collect it in person (unless you’d prefer a physical voucher card!).
