Your order number: We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

Delivery scope: We only sell to the UK. Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

Mouse & Grape Limited – Terms and Conditions of Sale, Service, and Events

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales, services, and experiences provided by Mouse & Grape Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13102651 with its registered office at 118–120 Marsh Road, Pinner, HA5 5NA (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

• 1. General Terms of Use By accessing our website, placing an order, or attending any Mouse & Grape experience or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights. Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses.

• 2. Orders and Formation of Contract A legally binding contract is formed upon our written acceptance of your order via confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that the order details are correct. We will not be liable for loss resulting from your failure to provide accurate information.

• 3. Cancellation Rights You may cancel your order for non-perishable goods within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Perishable items, including cheese, are exempt. If perishable items have not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will endeavour to cancel the order at no cost. Where cancellation is accepted, refunds shall be made to the original payment method.

• 4. Weights and Cutting All cheese is cut by hand. All weights are approximate and subject to a reasonable tolerance of ±20g. No refund shall be given for discrepancies within this range.

• 5. Product Description and Substitutions We endeavour to accurately describe and photograph all products; however, variations may occur. In the event of supply chain issues, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value and quality. Non-essential items shown in marketing imagery (e.g. cheese knives, fruit) are excluded unless specifically listed.

• 6. Delivery Delivery charges shall be as specified at checkout. We aim to dispatch within 2–4 working days or on the specified delivery date. We are not liable for delays outside our control. Customers must ensure appropriate delivery instructions and refrigeration arrangements. Title and risk pass upon delivery. In the event of damage, incorrect products, or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

• 7. Tastings and Events A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any tasting or event booking. The balance must be paid in full no later than three days prior to the event. Guest numbers must be finalised at least seven days prior. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for reasons outside our control. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual whose behaviour we deem inappropriate or disruptive. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 18 years of age. Valid ID may be required.

• 8. Event Ticket Refunds Tickets purchased for public or ticketed Mouse & Grape events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event. In some cases, at our discretion, and subject to availability, we may allow a transfer to another event date. This is not guaranteed. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

• 9. Corporate Events All corporate bookings are subject to a separate quotation and agreement. A minimum charge applies. Additional charges may apply for venue hire, extended travel, and optional enhancements (e.g. charcuterie, extra wines). Event content remains our intellectual property and may not be recorded or reused without prior written consent. Photos taken during events may be used in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

• 10. In-Store Purchases Unopened, non-perishable products purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days with a valid receipt. Perishable items are non-refundable unless faulty. Opening hours are subject to change and published on our website. Customers should notify staff of any allergies prior to purchase.

• 11. Respect & Conduct Policy Mouse & Grape maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding abuse, harassment, or discrimination toward staff, customers, or event attendees. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to individuals violating this policy and may take further action where appropriate.

• 12. Alcohol Sales Alcohol may only be purchased or consumed by persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order or attending an event, you confirm that you are of legal age. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to request valid photographic identification.

• 13. Complaints Complaints must be made within five days of delivery or the date of the event. Photographic evidence must accompany any claims regarding damaged goods. Please contact hello@mouseandgrape.com and we will endeavour to resolve your complaint in a fair and timely manner.

• 14. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, goodwill, opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

• 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

• 16. Privacy, Cookies and Communications We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience. Email communication and marketing are delivered via Mailchimp, which collects open and click data. For more information, see our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

• 17. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
