St. Nectaire is a classic French semi-soft cheese that has a creamy, supple to soft texture, and a distinctive ‘earthy’ and wild mushroom flavour. It has a velvety grey rind and depending on age, can be light and milky or rich and minerally with hints of vegetal flavours.
