Full-bodied, well-balanced, smooth and dry. Flavours of red cherry, blackberry and underscored with a hint of liquorice. The finish is harmonious and mellow, with sweet rounded tannins and some spicy notes. Velvety smooth finish and very easy to drink! Enjoy with Comté, Saint Nectaire or Tunworth.
