Our artisanal Manchego comes from the heart of Spain. It is made in La Mancha, a region known for rolling plains and strong cheese traditions. Local farmers raise Manchega sheep on sunlit pastures, where they graze on herbs and wild grasses. This diet gives the milk a rich and distinct taste. Using time-tested methods, cheesemakers craft each wheel by hand. As a result, this cheese reflects the land, the people, and the deep culture of La Mancha. It is a true taste of Spanish heritage.

Tasting

This Manchego is full of flavour and depth. First, you notice its nutty and sweet notes. Then, a mild savoury edge and hints of fresh herbs appear. Its firm, buttery texture melts smoothly on the tongue. A light scent of lanolin adds another layer of interest. Unlike many mass-produced versions, this cheese offers real character.
