Keen’s Extra Mature Handpicked Cheddar is produced by George Keen and his family on their traditional dairy farm in Somerset, England. This region is known as the heartland of West Country cheddar. The Keen family has made unpasteurised farmhouse cheddar since the 1890s, using milk from their own herd of cows. Today, they continue to craft each wheel by hand, following time-honoured methods.
