Product Details
An absolutely stunning Haut-Médoc! Full-bodied, deep coloured, dry with fine tannins which are harmoniously balanced. Aromas of cooked fruits and flavours of cassis, plum and cedar notes underscored with a hint of toast and dried tobacco from the oak ageing.
Château Cissac, an ancient estate with a long vine cultivation tradition, is now managed by Marie Vialard, a direct descendant. Located in the Médoc region, it adjoins prestigious appellations like Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac. The vineyards predominantly feature Cabernet Sauvignon, blended with Merlot and Petit Verdot, resulting in complex and expressive wines. The estate emphasises respect for climate, terroir, and traditional winemaking, while also modernising to optimise quality and intensity.
