We have chosen Taleggio, a rosy coloured washed-rind cheese encasing a fruity and silky paste. Pecorino al Tartufo is a sweet and delicate sheep’s milk cheese made with a decadent sprinkle of black truffles throughout. Gorgonzola Dolce is an exceptionally rich and creamy melt-in-your-mouth gorgonzola, so soft it can be served with a spoon and then La Tur is a super creamy mixed milk Italian cheese! If blue cheese is not for you, it can be replaced with Keen’s farmhouse Cheddar. Expertly paired with 2021 Soave, Gianni Tessari, Veneto, Italy and 2021 Barbera D’Asti, Luca Bosio.
