We’re delighted to welcome Black Chalk Winery to Mouse & Grape for a special evening celebrating some of England’s finest sparkling wines.
Earlier this year, the Mouse & Grape team had the pleasure of visiting Black Chalk’s vineyards and winery in Hampshire, where we experienced first-hand the passion, craftsmanship and attention to detail behind every bottle. Now, we’re excited to bring that experience to you as the Black Chalk team joins us to share the stories, winemaking journey and unique character behind their award-winning sparkling wines.
They focus on producing traditional method sparkling wines, with minimal intervention and fruit-forward profiles.
This hosted tasting is a fantastic opportunity to discover the quality and diversity of English sparkling wine while exploring expertly selected British cheese pairings designed to bring out the best in each glass.
