Red Wine Farmer is a bold, character-rich cheese with a smooth, silky texture and a creamy yet substantial interior. Its flavour is strong and mature, with pronounced savoury and slightly sweet notes, layered with a subtle hint of red wine and a gentle boozy warmth from the wine-washing process.
Pairing
This cheese shines with light to medium-bodied reds such as a Pinot Noir or Grenache: the wine’s acidity and fruitiness complement the cheese’s rich, wine-infused depth.
